Who is responsible

Nicolas Reille, Hong Kong, is responsible for your personal data during the beta. Contact: contact@brianna.finance.

What we collect

• Your sign-up details: name, email, mobile number, country of residence and your professional-investor confirmation.
• Your Telegram account identifier, once you link it.
• Your conversation with Brianna, the documents you send, and the positions and dates extracted from them.

Why we use it

To run the beta: decide on access, answer your questions, read your documents, keep your positions and send you alerts. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Anthropic, which provides the artificial intelligence model that reads your messages and documents.
• Telegram, through which your messages travel.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the service's database.

These providers may process data outside Hong Kong, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your access is active. Documents are read when you send them and are not stored as files; we keep the summary and the positions and dates extracted from them. If you send /delete, we erase your account, conversation, positions and alerts from the live database immediately, and from backups within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data by writing to us. You can erase everything yourself at any time with /delete. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as Hong Kong's Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
